I’M NOT DONE YET is built on a simple belief: getting older doesn’t mean becoming irrelevant, and retirement isn’t the finish line. We’ve lived, worked, succeeded, failed, learned some hard lessons, and gained something that only time can give us—perspective.
There is still life to live, people to encourage, things to learn, places to go, and something worthwhile to contribute. Faith gives us a foundation. Experience gives us perspective. And tomorrow gives us another opportunity.
This isn’t about trying to be young again. It’s about making the most of the years we’ve been given.
There’s more road ahead. Let’s keep going.

I’m John Sanders. I’m a husband, father, grandfather, veteran, Christian, businessman—and now, officially, retired.
I’ve spent a lifetime building businesses, solving problems, making mistakes, taking a few chances, and learning plenty of lessons the hard way. Retirement has given me something I haven’t always had: time to think about what really matters and what comes next.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I’ve lived long enough to have some stories, some opinions, and plenty of questions.
So whether I’m in the studio, driving down the road, or riding the golf cart, we’ll talk about faith, family, purpose, life, and whatever else is worth talking about.
